Terms of Service

1. Purpose of the services

MoonWeds brings together three services under one account: the concierge (a search run by the team), the Academy (marriage preparation) and, once it opens, the app (self-serve introductions).

2. Registration — 18 and over

Registration is reserved for adults, who undertake to provide accurate information and a photo of themselves.

3. The MoonWeds ID

A single account (confirmed email address, password) gives access to every service. The member is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential.

4. Conduct rules, blocking and suspension

Respect, sincerity and marriage-oriented use. Any member can block another member; the team may suspend or ban an account in case of misconduct.

5. Concierge packages

Essential: €249, up to 2 introductions. Signature: €599, up to 5 introductions and one-on-one sessions. Private Search: on quotation. Content, duration and conditions of each package.

6. Payment outside the app

Packages are paid directly to the team, outside the website and the app, under the terms agreed during the conversation.

7. Right of withdrawal

Conditions and withdrawal period applicable to paid packages, and waiver when the member asks for early performance.

8. Academy — form without an account

Academy coaching requests are made through a form that creates no account; they bind neither the applicant nor MoonWeds.

9. Termination and account deletion

Members can delete their account at any time from their settings; effects on packages in progress.

10. Liability

MoonWeds introduces and guides; it does not guarantee an outcome. Limits of liability regarding information provided by members and meetings.

11. Governing law and disputes

Applicable law, competent courts and consumer mediation.
